New Family Tradition

I have heard of other families having family dinner once a month. I wanted to do this too. So when my mom and Dad returned from their mission to Peru in September I discussed this with them. They thought it was great! I volunteered our house for the first one. We decided on the 3rd sunday of each month at 6 pm. We will have waffles each time and everyone will bring their waffle irons to make the dinner faster. We got together last night. A few  families didn't make it  and we missed them. Hopefully they will make it next time. We enjoyed our waffles and eggs, talking, and  having a lesson on what we are thankful for since this week is Thanksgiving. It went great and it made good memories. It also made us clean our house better for the occasion. I'm pooped! 

you can only crash on the phone

   My kids  like to  play on my phone to play games like Angry Birds, Asphalt 5 (racing game and can crash), art games, etc. Matthew is really good at the asphalt 5. Today while driving Erika to  school, he told me to crash into the car in front of us. I had to explain that we only crash on the phone.
