Heidi with her favorite -peeps!

Heidi poses with her peeps. Natalie only wanted to hold Princess, she wouldn't look at me. She was tired and not feeling good. She gave her first talk in primary that day and did good at the part she said, I had to finish. She then wanted to go back to Nursery but I told her she couldn't because she was a big girl now. She actually loves primary but not today.

New Easter dresses

Well, I did my annual Easter thing and made the girls Easter dresses. I had to hurry this year since Easter was so early. I was going to make myself a maternity skirt but run out of time. I went to buy something with my sister Ellen but couldn't find any skirts. I ended up buying 2 shirts. Sorry, no picture of them. The girls look cute in their new outfits though. Natalie wasn't cooperating for the picture since she didn't feel good. Every time I would try to get her face in the picture (she was in Chris' arms) she would turn her head the other way. This is not like her at all. Anyway, we had a good Easter and we hope you all did too. I just had a thought. Since we are having a boy, next year I will still have only 4 (maybe 5-one for me too) Easter dresses to make. Yea!!

We also colored eggs on Saturday night and had an egg hunt at my parents house with cousins.

Easter

We invited my parents over for Easter dinner this year so there were just our kids. The girls enjoyed playing with grandpa and Chris while my mom and I did the dishes and cleaned up. Chris has been taking guitar lessons and is getting really good. He played a few songs for my mom and dad. Since my grandma has passed away my mom didn't have to worry about getting back to care for her. She didn't have to rush which was nice.

Mae Dears

Mae's Grandma Harding is back with Heavenly Father.

My Grandma Harding (mom's mom) passed away early this morning. She was 94 years old and was always the sickest grandparent. She is the last of my grandparents to die. She was always always optimistic and cheerful. She took in the underdog and was nice to everyone. She would give the shirt off her back to a perfect stranger. She was always worried about people overdoing and would tell people to sit down and rest. I remember she and my grandpa telling whoever was eating at their house to "make out a meal".

She had diabetes. She had a few falls over the last few years but would keep on going. Her spirit was so strong. She never gave up. She loved everyone.

I am sure that she was welcomed home by her sweetheart (my grandpa). He died 12 years ago. I am sure Heavenly Father welcomed her home with open arms and told her, "well done, thou good and faithful servant."

I was her name sake as her name was Ora Mae Harding. That's where I got Mae from. We would always call each other Mae Dear. I will miss her so much!! I love her for her love she gave everyone else around her.

She will be greatly missed but now she is out of pain and we know we will see her again!!
